Marcos Ferreiro

Co-Founder, CEO

Aerospace Engineer (UPM) and Master in Public Administration (Harvard University). He began his professional career in the aerospace sector, specializing in fluid dynamics system modeling. He also teaches impact assessment at the Instituto de Empresa.

Pablo Marco

Co-Founder, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Mining Engineer with a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey and in 2005, he co-founded one of the pioneering e-commerce companies in Spain, Iguana Sell. He is a professor of digital project management at the Instituto de Empresa.

Jonatan Castaño

CTO

Aerospace Engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid) and Bachelor of Social and Cultural Anthropology (UNED). He worked in data analysis at EADS and Airbus. From there, he shifted towards optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Cristina Capón

SALES MANAGER

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, passionate about marketing and communication with over 15 years of experience in campaign management and selling projects focused on results.

José Gómez

Senior account manager

Graduate in Economics and Business Sciences (UCM) with a postgraduate degree from the Hanken School of Economics (Helsinki). Expert in Mobile Marketing and Mobile Value-Added Services, he has collaborated with Telcos, entertainment, and consumer brands in LATAM and EMEA. Passionate about Digital Marketing and UX optimization.

Álvaro Rebollo

Social Media, CRM, and Content Development

Telecommunications Engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid) with two decades of experience in digital marketing, streaming, and CRM. He started his career at BMG and Sony Music before founding his own project, “los amigos digitales.” He has been collaborating with Fáktica since 2022 on social media campaigns and content development.

Lisle Ordóñez

Graphic Designer

Graphic designer and award-winning audiovisual director, recognized for best art direction at the Dark Comedy Film Festival in Los Angeles (2023) and the ACTRUM Film Festival (2021). Lisle has been collaborating with Fáktica Analytics since 2021. She has designed advertising campaigns and graphic pieces for Microsoft, Kodak, the European Union, and STIB Belgium. Javier Pérez

PPC, analytics, and content

Aerospace Engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid), worked for 15 years at Airbus Defence & Space before moving to San Luis (United States), where he currently resides. Chess master and expert in statistics and data science, he has been collaborating with Fáktica since 2019 in algorithm development, data analytics, PPC campaign management, and technical content development.

Oleksandr Chernenko

Senior Software Developer

Senior .NET developer and certified in TensorFlow, Oleksandr holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from V.I. Verndsky Taurida National University (Ukraine). He specializes in web application development and is a surf enthusiast who enjoys the beaches of Asturias whenever he can. He has been collaborating with Fáktica since 2022.

Aliona Blidari

Data analyst

Our guardian angel for analytics, Aliona studied Mathematics and Business Administration at the Trade Co-operative University of Moldova before moving to Spain. Her passion for mathematics, traveling, meeting and learning new things has remained intact, and this has led her to Fáktica in 2024.
