With more than two decades of experience, Boslan is a leader in the field of specialized engineering and consultancy. Its global presence includes offices in nine countries and a team of 750 professionals. It is involved in projects in 30 countries.
BOSLAN is a pioneer in the facultative management of hydrogen projects and in the comprehensive management of renewable gas projects. This approach is closely aligned with the goals of the European Union, which has designated green hydrogen as one of the main energy vectors to achieve the decarbonization objectives of the European economy.
THE CHALLENGE
Boslan hired Fáktica Analytics to showcase its experience and know-how in green hydrogen among major Spanish energy companies and public administrations. This collaboration strengthens BOSLAN’s brand image and facilitates new comprehensive project management, construction, and project supervision contracts.

To achieve our goal, we needed to capture the attention of executives from large multinationals and public administrations. Together with Boslan’s technical team, we created two “White Papers” that explain the main technical challenges of green hydrogen, as well as Boslan’s experience and know-how.
The relevance and high quality of the documents allowed us to attract the attention of our target audience.

We used Linkedin Ads to reach our priority target audience: executives from large Spanish companies in the energy sector. We tested various formats of customized ads linked to the “White Papers” and news about the client’s new projects. Within a few weeks, we managed to have dozens of executives from our target companies download the White Papers.

In addition to the companies preselected by our client, with the help of Google Ads, we also reached new companies in the sector, universities, and public administrations that were not on our client’s radar but have the potential for collaboration with Boslan.

Results
With an investment of just a few thousand euros in advertising, we managed to have virtually all major Spanish energy companies visit Boslan’s website and download the Green Hydrogen “White Papers”, with users leaving their contact details. Several contacts have resulted in new contracts for Boslan, achieving in a few months a return far exceeding the investment made.
In addition, we achieved hundreds of visits and dozens of leads from start-ups, universities, public administrations, media outlets, and companies related to green hydrogen. From this audience, which was not initially the target of the campaigns, there has emerged an interview from a national newspaper—thus achieving valuable free publicity for Boslan—and a biogas management contract with a world-leading company in the food sector, thereby opening a new market for our client.
