# MAX PROFIT

**Max Profits© TECHNOLOGY**

## A high ROAS doesn't always mean maximum profit

Most Google Ads advertisers optimize their ROAS. Few know that above a certain point, raising ROAS reduces total profit. Our algorithms find that exact point and recalculate it automatically every hour.

**Results achieved**

## Increase in the account's net profit.

\+20-30%

Increase in the account's net profit.

\-40%

Reduction in acquisition cost.

\>2 million

Keywords managed per account, at industrial scale.

Case study: Renault Remm Guitart dealerships. Challenge: increase dealership visits from online campaigns and reduce the cost per new-vehicle sale. Solution: MAX PROFITS combining Search with PMax, geo-targeting by dealership, and management based on net margin.
Results: cost per visit ~10 EUR, cost per lead (used and new vehicles) <100 EUR, cost per sale ~400 EUR. New dealership visits for purchase and after-sales, for both new and used vehicles.

**Common mistakes**

## Is your ROAS good but your business isn't growing as it should?

Your account can be running perfectly according to Google Ads and still be leaving money on the table every day. The problem is that maximizing ROAS and maximizing profit are two different goals, and they often contradict each other.

## Mistake 1: ROAS too high

You raise your target ROAS chasing efficiency. Bids drop, you get fewer clicks and fewer sales. ROI per transaction looks better... but total profit falls because volume collapses. High efficiency, low profit: money not captured.

## Mistake 2: ROAS too low

You lower your target ROAS to capture more volume. More clicks, more sales... but at a cost that wipes out the margin. Each additional conversion adds a net loss. High volume, low profit: money destroyed.

## The optimal point changes constantly

The CPC that maximizes your profit this morning isn't the same one that will maximize it this afternoon. Competition rises and falls in real time, search behavior varies by hour, day and area, and each keyword's net margin evolves with the market.

**How does it work?**

## We optimize for your real net profit, not just ROAS

While Smart Bidding optimizes for conversions or conversion value, MAX PROFITS optimizes for your business’s real net profit. The difference is fundamental: Google doesn’t know your margin per product, how many leads actually close into sales, or what cost per lead is acceptable for each line. We do. We analyze your account structure, conversion history, offline closing data and net margin per product, and build a custom statistical model. On top of it, our algorithms estimate each keyword’s profitability threshold and recalculate its maximum CPC at every moment of the day, so the account always operates at the point that maximizes overall profit.

## What the Max Profits© scripts do in real time

## They watch the auction in real time.

They defend your break-even point. They detect competitors' CPC rises and falls and readjust bids to protect break-even.

Profitability threshold per keyword

Every keyword has its maximum tolerable cost.

## Calculated with your real margin, each keyword's limit is set based on its real conversion rate and the net margin of the product or service it drives.

Scaling opportunity detection

They don't just protect: they also grow.

They raise bids when the margin allows. When there's margin, the algorithm increases bids to capture additional volume with positive ROI - the opposite of what a conservative manager would do.

**In real time**

## What the Max Profits© scripts do in real time

The optimal point changes constantly. That's why the scripts exist: they recalculate the balance every few minutes, across the whole account.

## Competitive environment monitoring

They detect competitors' CPC rises and falls and readjust bids to defend the break-even point.

## Profitability threshold per keyword

Every keyword has its maximum tolerable cost, based on its real conversion rate and the net margin of the product or service it drives.

## Dynamic maximum-CPC adjustment

The system updates each keyword's max CPC to always operate at the point that maximizes the account's combined profit.

## Scaling opportunity detection

When the margin allows, the algorithm raises bids to capture additional volume with positive ROI. Industrial capacity: up to 2 million keywords per account.

**Smart Bidding (Google)**

## Max Profits© vs. Smart Bidding: what makes it different

Both automate bids, but they pursue different goals. Smart Bidding works with what Google can see inside the platform; Max Profits© incorporates what Google can’t see – your margin per product and your real offline sales closing – and that’s why it can optimize net profit instead of an intermediate metric. Here’s the field-by-field comparison.

## What the system recalculates

Optimizes for conversions or conversion value.

Doesn't integrate offline data (lead to sale).

Doesn't manage the balance between ROI and volume.

Limited, reactive bid adjustments.

Doesn't know net margin per product.

## What you get

Optimizes for the business's real net profit.

Integrates and weights each keyword by its real closing rate.

Actively optimizes the point of maximum profit.

Continuous, proactive, per-keyword adjustments.

Net margin per product parameterized in the model.

"Working with Fáktica was the step up in quality we needed. The only solution that generated tangible growth in leads and sales. Their constant monitoring has let us optimize our investment and significantly improve profitability."

Víctor Cabré, CEO - Remm Guitart (Renault dealerships)

## Who is Max Profits© for?

Max Profits© is designed for businesses where margin matters and so does volume. If your company fits any of these profiles, you're probably leaving money uncaptured.

## You invest more than 5,000 EUR/month and aren't growing

You've had stable results in Google Ads for months but no real growth.

## You optimize for ROAS or CPA but sense there's more

You suspect there's room for improvement that Google's algorithms aren't capturing.

## You have offline data Google can't see

Leads that close later in person or by phone, invisible to Smart Bidding.

## You manage many keywords or lines with different margins

Your current bidding logic treats products with very different profitability the same way.

## You need spend stability and predictability

Without the erratic daily-spend swings Smart Bidding creates.

## You operate in highly competitive sectors

Insurance, automotive, energy, finance, education or high-volume e-commerce.

**Implementation**

## Setup, step by step

The scripts deploy on your existing Google Ads account and work alongside Smart Bidding or in manual mode, without interfering with the structure. Compatible with manual search, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, Display and remarketing.

**Phase 1**

## Model analysis and calibration

We study your account structure, conversion history, offline sales closing and net margin per product to build your custom statistical model.

**Phase 2**

## Script installation

We deploy the proprietary algorithms on your account. Immediate technical installation, without touching your existing campaign structure.

**Phase 3**

## Real-time operation

The system calculates the maximum profitable CPC for each keyword and recalculates bids continuously based on competition, behavior and geographic, demographic and time parameters.

**Phase 4**

## Real-profit reporting

You receive reports aligned with what matters - net margin, not just ROAS or CPA - with auditable bidding logic.

### Do I have to stop using Smart Bidding to implement Max Profits©?

No. Max Profits© can work on top of Smart Bidding, adding a layer of control over ROAS targets and budgets, or in manual bidding mode if the account requires it. It’s not an either/or alternative – it’s an additional layer of intelligence.

### How long does the system take to calibrate?

Technical installation is immediate. Calibrating the statistical model takes 2 to 4 weeks for accounts with enough history. For accounts with little data, we work with statistical prior models built from the client’s offline data.

### What data do I need to provide?

For maximum performance we need access to Google Ads, offline conversion data (leads that close as sales) and approximate margins per product or business line. All information is treated with absolute confidentiality.

### Why might my current ROAS be counterproductive?

If your target ROAS is above the optimal break-even point, Google’s algorithm lowers bids to reach it and excludes searches with positive but insufficient ROI for that target. Each excluded search is a sale that doesn’t happen. The uncaptured profit can far exceed the efficiency gain achieved.

### Is it compatible with Performance Max and Display campaigns?

Yes. Max Profits© manages ROAS targets, budgets and investment allocation across PMax, Search, Display and remarketing in a coordinated way, to maximize the combined performance of the whole account.

### How is it billed?

We work with a monthly fee model that includes technology management and reporting. Ask us about our performance-based pricing if your account has enough volume.

Where the money leaks

## Competitive environment monitoring

Optimizing only for ROAS or CPA leaves profit uncaptured through three different channels that no Google metric shows you directly. These are the leaks Max Profits© detects and fixes.

Optimizing only for ROAS or CPA leaves profit uncaptured through three different channels that no Google metric shows you directly. These are the leaks Max Profits© detects and fixes.

## Profitable searches that Google discards

When your target ROAS is above the optimal point, the algorithm lowers bids and excludes searches with positive but "insufficient" ROI for that target. Each of those excluded searches was a profitable sale that never happens.

## Offline sales the algorithm can't see

Leads that close later by phone or in person are invisible to Smart Bidding. Without that data, Google bids the same on keywords that close sales and keywords that don't, misallocating your budget.

## Different margins treated the same

A high-margin product and a minimal-margin one get the same bidding logic because Google doesn't know your real profitability per product. You invest the same in capturing high-profit sales and barely-profitable ones.
